FRIDAY ADULT COURSE IN YORK

6 week course starts Friday 28th February 2025
At the Rawcliffe REC

This course is suitable for beginners through to intermediate levels.

All welcome from complete beginners to intermediate level. Age 13 and above.
(age 13 - 16 with parental consent)
Classes have a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All drums are provided, and all you need
is comfortable clothing and plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

The course consists of 6 lessons where we will go through the patterns, movement and theatrical elements
of a specific piece, and work on fun drills and exercises to improve our playing, culminating in
playing the complete piece as a group at the end of the course.

The course starts on Friday 28th February, and continues on
Fridays March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and April 4th.
7pm - 8.30pm

(£43 concession price for age 66 and above, NUS card holders and under 16)​

The Rec is easily accessed from Shipton Road (A19), via Howard Drive (opposite Rawcliffe Park) and St Mark's Grove.
Plenty of parking available at the venue car park.
